This includes FREE HOSTING, a FREE DOMAIN NAME, and FREE DEVELOPMENT of the site from start to launch valued at approximately ONE THOUSAND DOLLARS. Note: The development of the site is free. The offer requires paying for 6 months of administrative/maintenance services in advance. The current rate for administrative service is $145 a month and billed biannually, it includes hosting, security, daily backups, site monitoring, backend updates, adding new content provided such as meeting minutes, agendas, financials, etc., complete maintenance and administrative service, worry-free to the board and or property manager.
