The cost of doing business has increased by 20 to 25% this year. Sorry to say, effective June 1, 2022 we will be raising all administrative service prices by approximately 20% varied from site to site. This increase will show up on your semi annual bill that is due June 1ST. This will be our first increase since 2013, our third since we opened in 2003.
